Happy Birthday Gabby!
This little mermaid themed cake is a round cake airbrushed to capture the tones of the sea. Chocolate shells and merigue Coral are around the border.
On top of the cake Ariel and flounder, who are both made of fondant, are sitting among seaweed coral shells and bubbles.
Everything is edible on this cake. It feeds appox 30.
