Happy 50th Birthday!! :)
This cake is for a 50th birthday, the family gave her a 'chocolate' pearl ring and wanted to do something special for her cake. What is more special than a cake with a replica of your ring on top.
This cake is made to look like a ring box with the ring sitting inside.
On the front side of the box is a personal monogram to give it even more personal touches.
It is a white cake with lemon filling. It is covered in blue fondant with a gumpaste ring and monogram letter on the side. It will feed approx. 30 people.
